I have changed my email address in my profile, but all notifications are still coming to my original email address. The original address is still showing in my settings, but I can find no way of changing it nor can I find any way of contacting support, other than this support section. I put a message up 9 months ago asking moderators to change my email, but have not heard back.
While I find the information and the engagement from members on the forum great, I find it very difficult to navigate, as indeed I also find is the case on the wider ETC site. Searches don't give the expected results, for example, finding the latest version of the software for my Nomad system is always a bit of a struggle. Only for the fact that I love the Nomad and the Ion desk, I would have given up long ago. Sorry for the rant!
If possible, I would like my email address for all communications to be updated to my current one. All I need is the correct email address or link to submit the request to!!
