Dead links!?!

Hi Jon,

The first link is indeed dead since we moved the content to the new website system in 2014. That page now resides here: http://www.etcconnect.com/Support/Articles/iRFR-How-to-Setup-Your-Wireless-Network.aspx

As for the other two support links, they seem to work this morning.

What page did you find the iRFR How to Setup Your Wireless Network link?

The link was from a post in the Eos forum here: community.etcconnect.com/.../irfr-network-setup
I'm still getting 404 error messages from www.etcconnect.com/.../
and www.etcconnect.com/.../

I'm using Chrome on Window 7.

As for your other links, I'm seeing both of them up with no issue. Can you try clearing your cache (or as a test, try those links in incognito mode) and see if they still aren't working for you?

I tried clearing the cache, and that didn't fix it. I'm still get 404 errors. Incognito mode seems to go to the correct page.
I also tried on my iPhone, and I am seeing the same thing...

If Incognito mode works, then it is likely either something in the browser or your login side. Try logging out of any ETC pages, close all browser instances, clear your cache for any etcconnect.com pages (be aware that if you visit often, your browser may have classified it as a favorite and you may need to clear it either manually or enable the option to clear cache for favorites/often visited sites too), and then close and reopen the browser after that. Then, try to navigate to the page(s).
