TimeCode time's are changing

Question

Hello, 
 I was programming some stuff with MTC, but when I type in the event time, It changes out of the blue. For example I type in 01:01:18:50 and it changes to 01:01:19:20. 
 Does anyone know what to do?

the last bit of the time is frames: hh:mm:ss:ff. a second either has 24, 25 or 30 seconds depending on how you set up the FpS rate of your event list. so you're set to 30 frames, 50 frames are 1 second and 20 frames that why your 18:50 becomes 19:20
