Cookie gear overlay send button in messenger on iPad

Hmm... which page are you on when you are seeing that?

On most pages, you should be able to scroll the page further down so that it doesn't overlap.

This happens only with iPadOS13 with iOS13 on an iPhone it is ok.
It can't scroll no more down when I want to reply a message. 
It happen on normal and landscape mode.

Interesting, that seems iPad specific. Is there anything on the page below the message before you choose to reply?

Just about every page should have a footer displayed that should give you room to scroll a bit.

For those watching, this was a special case that was missing the footer and that has been resolved.
