There are 3 Fixture Request forums listed on the main menu. They all have the same title and description.
From the URL, you can see 1 is EOS. 2 is Colorsource.. 3 is Congo-Cobalt.
From the sub-menus, I'm sure they make perfect sense. but from the root, it can be confusing.
Suggest you change the forum name to 'Fixture Request - EOS' & 'Fixture Request - Congo' to avoid inevitable confusion.
