New Theme-answers not marked

If i come to the Forum, the side informe me about new answers and new themes
So i open then the subcategorie.
The answer and new themes are not highlight in blue.
It looks like all as read

Is this new or a feature?

If you read the email, there is some code in there that tells the site that you've already read the content and not to show it as unread. Is this possibly what you are seeing?
