Hello,
I'm trying to update my ETC account information, but I'm not able to update my email address. I can edit all the other information fields in my ETC account information, but my email address and username boxes are greyed out, and whenever I mouse over those fields, my cursor changes to a "do not" symbol (red circle with a line through it). The email currently associated with my account is for an old employer, and I no longer have access to that email. I'd like to change it to my personal email address, so going forward I don't need to keep changing/updating it. I have a screenshot of what I'm referring to, but I'll blur out my personal info. Any help would be appreciated.
