As an update for everyone, I am sorry that some folks seem to be experiencing this issue. For some reason it has only been reported by users in Europe (predominantly Germany) but we aren't sure of exactly why that is yet. We are actively working with the developers of the platform software for a resolution and will keep you posted as we learn more.

We believe that we have resolved this issue. It turns out that when we reviewed our cookies for compliance with EU Data Protection regulations we were a bit too aggressive and accidentally captured a necessary cookie in the optional section. We have corrected this. As such, those of you in the EU may need to confirm your cookie choices again the next time you visit the site.
