Is this in regards to an Eos Family console?
This sounds like tracking mode, which you can turn off in Setup > User > Record Deafults by clicking the {Track} field.
Changing from Tracking to CueOnly mode will however not restore your cues. For this you would have to Undo your commands back to when this happened (and thus losing all the work afterwards), or load a previous showfile (and also lose some of your work).

UNFORTUNATELY, that was not the issue. If only it had been.
i've got 6 show files on here and it looks as though every single file has been affected in some manner. what is weird id that in a lot of these cues, the screen is showing the correct colors and format on the liveMS but on stage its everything but the right color or position. Ive turned my board off and the breakers and am going to let it sit for a minute, maybe it needs a break.
