Effect not displaying consistently between Live and Blind

ETC Ti Console running v3.3.6

I am running a rig check effect on some Mac Encores. The way the tombstone is displaying is not consistent between Live Active Display and Blind Active Display.

Specifically looking at the Pan/Tilt data (the Effect alters both), I would expect to see the name of the effect in the Focus area of the tombstone not the '+'. The Effect is running as expected - I can see it in Augment 3D. The channels are in a home preset of 0.99 in this cue and the cue before.

In Blind, I am seeing what I would expect.

Is this a bug or am I missing something basic? Nothing else is affecting the lights, nothing is manual or being affected by another q list.
