I'm working a project with SolaPix 19s hung, installed, wired by IBEW electricians who don't do this sort of thing. They got tripped up on the "shipping locks" ie Pan/Tilt Locks. I just searched the manual and I was hoping it would have told someone reading it to release the pan/tilt locks in the installation portion.
Can such an instruction be added, please? It's harder to go to someone to say it's in the manual when what it does say is that there are pan/tilt locks, but not when/why to release them.
