I have a problem I have never seen before and maybe you can help me...
We have 2 cyber CL that we replaced the logic board, and they run perfectly well in self test mode, but when we enable them for DMX use they dont finish home process. :eek: (they get stuck on the last part of it).
One thing I noticed is that the speed of the fans is a little slower on these units while on DMX mode and higher on self test. Another thing is that the lamp strikes only on self test, and bench focus mode.
We thought it might be a bad power card, but we have replaced them as well without any changes.
Any other idea on what it could be? we have tried both version of the logic boards 2916 and 3773.
