New to the boards.. Here goes..
I work for a theatre in NH and we aquired a pair of cyberlights last year..
For some reason the second one seems to have a mirror problem where it will get out of the position it was programmed. It shifts one step away from where it should be on the Pan Axis. As of late I used to have to get out the genie or bring in the batten to move the mirror each show to where it was supposed to be and it would be fine for the rest of the show. I did fix it a month ago by fixing the pan so it actually hit the stop and not bounce off it during reset. Could there be another problem like spring plungers or something else...
