So I just acquired a bunch of Color Pro Classics, and a controller for them. I'm currently trying to program it, but it appears that all of the memories have been locked out, so they can't be written over. The manual, under troubleshooting, says 'contact installer'.
How does one go about unlocking the memories on a CPC controller?
I'm in the process of programming for a show, so a quick response would rock.
