Studio Spot 250 IRIS

My 4 Studio Spot 250s have a variety of beam sizes when the iris is fully closed and in focus. Why is this?
All motors seem to be working normally. The beams are the same size with the iris fully open and in focus.

my guess is that you need to do a hub setup.

in the menu, go to test, then S/UP

All the motors will lock in position,

loosen the collar for the iris, and manually move the iris to the homing position and then with the iris against its home stop, retighten the collar.

press the menu button and the fixture will rehome.
and hopefully the iris's will all be the same size.

this works with shutters as well. when fixture don't dim at the same rate it almost always is a hub issue.
