Cyberlight dimmer not fully shutting

I have two cyberlight fixtures, which refuse to dim fully. they remain open even though the fader is fully closed, I have tried different boards, different power, and different cabling but they still refuse to close.

Any suggestions?
thanks
Weston.

  • My apologies, I was out of town.

Ok, it has been a while for cyberlights.
    but as I remember,
    with power ON, (BE Careful!)

Set the dipswitch labeled SET UP, to the on position.

All the motors should lock in a "full step" postion.

loosen the offending shutter blade, and manually move it to the closed position, so it is just touching the closed stop, and then tighten the shutter blade back down on the motor shaft.

You goal is to make the shutter be at a full step when it is homing.
this will make sure your shutter is consistent from unit to unit.

this should be done on any high end light every time a motor is changed that doesn't home to a sensor..

Please let me know if you have any questions.
    Good Luck!
