Hi There I seem to have a couple of issues with some of our Technobeams.
All fixtures have the latest software.
1. We have 2 fixtures will not lamp off, however the orange indicating led does go out. I have attempted to lamp off the fixtures from the console and via the fixture with no success.
2 We have another 2 fixtures that when powered up the lcd displays light up with 4 stars (****) will stay like that for 2-3 minute and the boot up as normal. Any ideas as to what is wrong here?
