Wierd Technobeam error

I have a technobeam that is doing something I have never seen.

When I plug it in, instead of cycling through and firing up the lamp like it normally does it simply shows thefollowing on the led screen:

NNNN
-----

All fuses are good and the instrument was recently pulled out of storage.

Any thoughts? Suggestions?

try crossloading software from another fixture?

If I don't have another unit and I don't have the little gizmo for uploading data onto it, who would I contact to get this/ have it done?

Do you have a hog Widget?
You can use that.
Or talk to your local high end dealer, they should be able to help you.
Is there any chance this fixture was powered up with the wrong voltage?
Make sure the voltage switches are in the correct positions.
There is an easy fix if incorrect voltage is causing the error.
