Studio Spot 250 Lamp Flutter

Hi Guys
I Have a Studio Spot 250, that is giving me Lamp Flutter,(Lamp is slightly pulsing in a strobe like fashion).New Lamp (twice) and I have swaped the Ballast, the Ignitor, the Transformer, the Lamp Base.When I moved the Logic Board to a new Unit, the problem Followed so I feel pretty sure it is the card ,my question to all, is what do I look for on the card that may be causing this problem.
Any Idea's would be much appreciated

i have 2 kino flo 55w lamps wired into a centium ICN-2S54 electronic start ballast. when i plug it in the light flickers one time on and off and then i get nothing after that. any ideas what might be causing this problem?

And this is an issue with a High End Systems product exactly how again? You *DO* know this is their forum, right?

Hi Chris
Yes they are set correct for 230v 50hz (Aus),Moved them vigorously up and down in case of dirt, no improvement.
