CMY alignment on a studio spot 575

I do not think it is so much an alignment problem ,as maybe sensor problems as I believe that they use a wide sensor for all 3 wheels,try swaping in a good sensor from another unit to see if it solves it.Maybe one of the other guys in the forum has an idea about motors,( I don't own any CMY spots so don't know if they are set up like an X spot on an Inline Shaft) But Bad Motors or sticky shafts in an X spot will do this to you. It may be a sensor, but I lean more to a sticker having fallen off the homing tab.
I have seen this once or twice,
Make sure both of the CMY tabs are there and opaque.
Otherwise, It could be the motors going bad, or the cmy stack could be too tight.
These fixtures are quite fussy, and the motors have to work quite hard to move the double wheel configuration.
Does the fixture get worse as it is used? or is it always off the same amount?

I had this bug on CMY zooms. Use the hole for alignment and the downward pressure is the trick. Too much and it wont work properly, too little, same thing. It's a touchy-feeley kind of thing. It often takes me a few try's to get the pressure correct on the shaft.

*Note the hole goes to the inside towards the center of the fixture.
