i have a rig of 8sc575 and 8 ss575 all been running for 7 years now nightly, but within this past 2 months ive been loosing data for these fixtures one by one, sometimes one a week.. what could be causing this? thanx!

Well, there is an inbound only opto-coupler on the data PCB which you might want to consider swapping with the outbound to see if it makes a difference. Since data in and data out are coupled separately, this might cause your problem. Once you confirm if this is the problem, that part is dirt cheap . . . .
