Question: Due to the internal similarities (heck, pretty much identical other than cooling) of the CL and SV Cyber, is it possible to do the Turbo upgrade to an SV, and thus get a very quiet, very high output fixture?
It is possible. You pretty much just change the lamp, lamp socket, change some metal work to add the 3 blowers that are on a standard Cyber.
Does the MSR1200-SA really need the extra cooling, considering that it is the same wattage lamp? I guess I didn't realize that the Turbo upgrade was basically that simple . . . .
