Cyber lamp going off but lamp LED still lit?

I have a Cyber that drops its lamp strike seemingly at random (however the lamp LED doesn't flash, it stays lit).

The fixture will continue to respond to DMX (mirror etc will continue to move) and will sometimes restart with a DMX strike command, sometimes it needs to be powered off for a couple of hours before it restarts.

Any clues?

    I've not had a chance to look at this unit any further but according to its service log:
    - The lamp SRCs were replaced because the lamp was on at all times, data or not.
    - The new SRCs now allow it to lamp on/off when there's data or not, but it still won't shutdown from the dmx command.

    And it randomly drops out as mentioned in the initial post.

    So John, that's all similar to the issues you are experiencing.

    The wiring harness will be my first target when I get back to the workshop.
