I just aquired 5 used Technobeams. After quick testing 4 seem to work just fine. When I plug in the 5th one nothing happens, except that the menu display is fully lit looking like a bunch of asterisks inside of zeros. Pushing any of the buttons around the menu display doesn't do anything. Thoughts? Thanks.
I just got off the phone with Paul R. over at Strong Lighting and he agrees. When I get a chance I'll send the board over to them and they said they'll give it their best shot. If it doesn't work out the new board costs just under a $1000.00. Thanks again.

If you need a new board let me know. I have a buddy that has some spare parts he is selling. The board is new, bought as a spare for a tour and has been sitting ever since.
I had the same thing one time I tried to xld (crossload) from one fixture, it didn't work, I have the computer dongle so I uploaded new frimware into it and it fixed it. if you don't have a dongle find out if any shops around you do, it alot cheaper then new boards.
