Old Cyberlight SW 1.1

So I got a problem with one of my cyberlights,

Its not recv'ing any DMX, Ive replaced the PCB but still no good. the fixture runs fine in self test.... any ideas?

Figured it out, F3 Fuse... Stupid me should of RTFM before replacing the PCB, described close symptoms.
