Force Studio Command 700 Software Upload

I have a studio command 700 that won't seem to take an cross-upload. It's on Version V1.0 0009. I was able to do an upload to a fixture with the same version, using the same dmx cable. I tried it with a 3pin xlr as well. Nothing. Would using the DMX Widget with the software make a difference? The strobe speeds are different between V1 and V3, so it's really annoying.

Any thoughts?

Could possibly be a damaged board. Do you have a spare that you can swap out?

Having said that, I have had issues in the past using Echo with older firmware versions on several fixtures.

Try using the old WinUpdate software with your DMX widget to see if that solves it (if you can't find the WinUpdate installer drop me an e-mail, and I'll send it to you).
