studio beam lamps
Is it a coincident that I had two lamps blow up in the same studio beam within 4 months of one another or could it be possible that I have a bad power supply or something to that nature? I am running it at 120v due to what is available.

There were similar issues with the very early versions of Studio Beams involving both the logic and LPS.
What is your units' serial number and date of manufacture?
You may want to call support as well with the REV info on the boards inside the unit to see if you have the old ones.
Hope this helps. :)
