I have 2 Trackspots that self test but do not respond to DMX. I have other Trackspots that I'm using for parts. Where is the DMX chip located on the board so I can swap out?:headbang:
[QUOTE=chris_litz;48330]It's the only 8 pin socketed chip on thw PCB. It reads DS75176. It does have polarity so make sure you plug it in correctly.
*Note the dot on the chip to get it in the proper way. Also if memory serves me correctly there are 2 diodes that protect that circuit, if they are blown the unit will still not operate properly.
