I have a studio spot 250 that recently blew one of the IC driver chips, I replaced it with a new chip from HES today and ive still got the same issue
The Display on the front shows solid blocks, each LED segment is lit and solid
the only LED lamp that is lit on the front display is the 5v LED, all the others are off
Inside the fixture there are 2 solid red LEDs that are lit on the back of the controller board, one of them is labeled LD1
what should I check first and what could be causing this issue?
