Techno Beam Problem

Hi Guys
I have a Techno, that has no Pan, on closer inspection during a self test, When I tell test to Pan it is rotating the Litho's back and forward, If I unplug the Pan Motor from the Logic Board it is still rotating the Litho.
Any Ideas on what this may be. The Chips are 3773 Type..I have not tried to replace the driver chip yet. But I did Cross Load from another working unit, in case it was firmware or software related, no cigar .

any help will do TY

What's the history of the fixture? This sounds like it may be something as simple as the harness being mis-plugged . . .

What happens if you ask it to rotate the litho wheel?
