Step Motor difference between SS250 and Technobeams?

I just got done replacing motors on the Techno's and now need to fix the Studio Spot 250's. I was under the impression that the motors were identical, however I see that the T's are 35.00 for the 99270070LP, but the SS250's motors are listed for $42.00 for 99270070 (minus the LP, no idea what that stands for).

What is the difference?

    I am having an almost impossible time removing the four screws on the two dimmer stepper motors on a SS250. Any ideas on how to get them loose. I have damaged the philips screw grove (what is this called? screw heads maybe) where the screw driver fits, on at least one of the screws.

    I am thinking of drilling them out.

    I even dismantled the motor, thinking I could just rebuild the motor with parts from a new motor, but there is a minor difference between the old and the new motor preventing me from doing this.
