We own 5 technobeams and they seem to be having problems. we have sent them into be serviced and they still have issues. looking for help
We start them up and they home normally and such, we tell them to go to a certain preset scene and they will do so, after a few different scenes especially if using a gobo the mirror will stray away from where it was set and the color, litho, and gobo wheels will be all out of place. It doesn't do it in every light and it changes which one it does it every time we turn them on... its random. We tried changing the XLR cords, the terminator, we even tried a different board.
Please help us!!!!
