I currently am running 9 color commands in the show, there was an issue that just came up about my 3 colorcommands not turning on despite having power in them indicated in the dimmer pack. Let me get into it more to get u a better understanding. In the color power pack there are two(2) output DMC that can command a maximum of 6 color commands in a Daisy chain.one of that DMC outputs does not work.I say this because I tried switching them around and the result was my other 3 color commands that were not turning on,just did.and worked fine.but the other 6 did what the 3 didn't do before.and that was turn on.so in conclusion.one of the two outputs don't work! What can j do!? Is there a way around this? Can I fix it? Or doe need to be replaced?s the whole color power need to be replaced?
