When I turn on one of my Cyber CL's, it boots and then the color wheel doesn't set to open. I see a yellowish and violet light, like the wheel is stuck between two colors. Is this the sensor or some other prob? Thanks for your help.
does it move at all? If not, it most likely needs to have the motor replaced.. open the fixture and try to move the color wheel by hand, and see if it feels smooth or rough....
