Stumped by problem

I'm having a weird problem with two technobeams right now.

The Gobo rotator is spinning with pan. I've swapped out motor chips on all four and the problem persists. The problem doesn't go the other way (pan moves when gobo rotator is on)

Anyone have any guesses as to what is going on?

The boards are new boards, V 1.5

    That's what I was getting at in my first post.
    Unfortunately, he's saying it's only happening on two units.

    I haven't worked with Technos in a long time.
    Do the newer ones have a mode setting to make the Gobo track it's rotate with Pan?

    It is an inherent effect of all moving mirror fixtures that the Gobo appears to rotate as you Pan. But it really isn't.

    For example, every degree of Pan equals 1 degree of apparent gobo rotate.
