Cyberlight issue

Hello everyone I have an issue with a cyberlight.when powered on the lamp will strike but no dmx control or fans. Any help would be appreciated

There are many possibilities. Is the motor LED on the rear panel illuminated ? Can you remove the fan cover to view the Power Supply PCB ? Do you have a digital VOM ? There are a few fuses and things to check on the PS, crack it open and give me a call at lightparts 512-873-7106 -- Don or Chris

I would def check fuses or the PCB.
