Hi all! So I have several studio spot 250 hanging in my space, however one unit in the chain is not responding to DMX. It is passing the signal through, but won’t even indicate that is receiving it. I have tried both in the middle of the chain (on the 3-pin side) as well as directly to the console (5-pin connection), no response on either port. The other Studio Spots are responding as expected.
Is this possibly a board issue? Currently it’s in a position where I may not be able to easily open it up to look myself at the moment. It’s probably old enough that we may just have to replace it next season anyways…
