Hello,
I have eight Solaframe 2K's high CRI version. When I power off the fixtures there is an audible noise that happens. This sound must be normal since all of them make the noise?
Some of the units when powered off point straight down while others point up or they point sideways. Does anybody know why the units point up vrs down vrs sideways when powered off? I imagine the fixture points in the direction where most of the weight is when powered down. I imagine the zoom optics carry the most weight and the fixture points in the direction it was last held.
Is there a proper shutdown procedure for powering down these units?
Could anyone provide some insight to this?
