I have a solaframe 1000 that is showing all of its error messages. The fixture does not pan or tilt once powered on and connected to DMX. It shows it is receiving signal and passes signal through, and I have control of everything except for pan and tilt, even when the fixture is showing all the error codes.
I am curious as to if the problem is stemming from the pan and tilt error or if all of the error codes are preventing pan and tilt.
when powered on all lights of the pan/tilt pcb come on and the sensors show movement when manually moving the head. The pan and tilt motors have resistance until unplugged at the pcb.
