halcyon platinums oft update

An error occurred during the halcyon platinum software update, but the boot screen does not proceed to the next step. Is there any solution? Or should I send as?

Hello, If you are updating via the USB port, be sure to unzip the file first and only add the .ncw file to your USB drive. If you are using the Uploader it requires the .hyd file. If it continues to give you issues please attach a picture of where the update is getting stuck.
