Looping Content Continuously

We just purchased our first couple of DL-2 units a few months back and been
running into a problem with "Play forward looping continuously" of stock media content across all three layer Graphic Definitions.
The DMX value of 65,103, & 141 respectively of the graphics layer is "0" as outlined in the manual. We have varified that value via a DMX tool connected to the data line.
Any insight would greatly be appreciated.

    We are using a Avolites Pearl to run the units.
    We first figured it was a console/library issue but the console is maintaining that "0" value to the channel ("Play forward looping continuously"). We also contact Avolites to resolve the issue if it was console software related and they indicated the personality file was correct. (?)
    We were also told that they have other customers running your product without these same issues.
    The media files when selected run approx. to the end and freezes.
    The only way that we can seem to get the file to re-run (loop) is to either to take it out of play loop and to put it into play forward and it once again it stops at the end of the file, for example the "Fire" content media file will run and stop or freeze at the end even if in "Play forward looping continuously" is selected/applied. After experimenting in the shop for a number of hours with the units the only way we can seem to get a file to "loop" or run continuously is to build a chase to re-trigger the file or program two presets and manually reset the file.
    Wondering if anyone else has been experiencing these same or similiar issues.
