I have a problem with one of my dl2, who have this message USB INIT ERROR I can se every time this message when there's no DMX on FIXTURE And we can't access to display menu when there's no dmx... Thank's Stef
I've seen this several times, for different reasons. Here are some things to try (only do these with the unit unplugged):
- Move where the USBs are plugged into the computer (use different ports for the different plugs) - Unplug the two USB leads that go to the back panel (leaving only the one to the Top Box card) - get another USB cable and use it to connect the Top Box card to the computer - Swap out the Top Box card - Swap out the Head card
