I find that the collage with V1.4, have less quality than the other version 1.3.9 Even collage or collage enhenced... Is some one have seen the same thing ?
Collage has been working just fine for me with both DL.2s and DL.3s.
What exactly are you seeing? What is your setup?
There was some extra functionality added in that allows for changes to how the gamma curves in the blended areas are handled. Perhaps this is what you are seeing?
These are accessed via Modifer #3 of the Global Collage effect. Setting to a DMX value of 144 optimizes for color content, 145 for black and white, 146-160 is the old default curve.
Page 132 of both the DL.2 and DL.3 manula detail these settings.
The trouble is on the aren blended, I know the functionnality on modifier 3 But the Blended area have is more darkness than before, and the collage is really visible now You don't see it .... STef
Nope....I haven't had any problems with it personally.
This may sound obvious, but I've seen others run into this before.....Check to make sure your physical aligment is correct by setting your Modifier #3 of the Global Collage effect to somewhere between DMX values 200-207 to see the default grid with blending on. If any of the overlap areas are unclear or blurry, then your Keystone and/or your Pan+Tilt need to be adjusted.
all are in a good condition the grid get a perfect collage, but when you use a white media, you see more the area blended than before for the other medi, we can see nothing, but the white can't be used Thank's
Are you using DL.2s or DL.3s?......if DL.3s, what lens? Where are you in the zoom range (ie 50%...100%)? What is the build ## of the software?...should be v1.4.0 b1699 What is the XPe version of your fixtures?....if not all v2.0.0, then try re-imaging/upgrading w/ external CD-drive.
