Can someone confirm that these settings are correct when creating content for collage generator in a DL-2 fixture excluding standard foot age size.
3 x 1 array which i have asked the content makers to use a resolution of 1648 x 472 ?? So far the test content is freezing the DL-2 heads and stopping the servers totally.
Any quick feedback appreciated.
Can someone from HE post a telephone number of DL-2 support in europe please.
