DL2 Motion Shut Down message and focus issue

I am getting a Motion Shut Down message in the status window of one of my DL2's which will not clear with a Power cycle or with a Motion Pan/Tilt Reset. This fitting is on the floor because the projector focus will not sharpen up at 100% zoom on a 9-12m throw. All other motion parameters appear to be responding correctly.

Has anybody had either of these issues before. I have cleaned all the lenses . . .

Any help/comments would be greatfully recieved.

It is possible that you have a problem with the head-card (the PCB mounted directly under the projector).

I would start by making sure that all your wires are seated properly into this board and that all the chips are well seated too.

If that doesn't fix it, try swapping the card with another unit to see if the problem follows the card.
