The stock content is included with the DL fixtures under a license agreement that doesn't allow us to distribute it. I believe the clips are available (for a fee) from each one of the content providers.
we're having some BSOD issues and wanted to wipe the drive and start over but didn't want to loose the stock content (grid to be specific). Any suggestions?
I would suggest getting in touch with our support department at 1.800.890.8989. They can help troubleshoot and figure out exactly what the issue is. There are some other things that can fail that will cause BSODs, so it's best to figure out which part is the problem before ordering new parts. The support department can also help you order the replacement parts.
