I need to run 6 dl3' 2x3 in collage mode with an SDI video signal running threw them i have never run live video threw a dl3 befor just content so what im wondering is possible to do with a live signal.
Absolutely. The servers deal with a "live input" the same way as any other piece of content.
You will need to make sure that each fixture is getting an SDI feed. Either by using an SDI VDA or by looping the SDI signal from fixture to fixture (daisy-chaining).
I would also highly recommend that you be running the latest v1.5.4 b2089 software as there were some improvements to the blending options for collage.
