TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works 5 -Axon/DL3

As from post below if possible would someone from HE/Barco please post updated settings for TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works 5 as TMPEG express 4.0 is now no longer available to purchase or download and the Mac Compressor version available currenlty is also not working as expected.

-Unhelpful that if you upgrade to TMPGEnc VMW 5 you no longer have a valid license for TMPEG express.
