Ok let's start. Recently one of our DL2 broke the motherboard, when we ask for a new, soon decided to upgrade to the new version of hardware that included new motherboard, new graphics card and video card entry.
I did the installation and as indicated in a leaflet that came with the products changed the VIVO cable and did a re-image windows. What happens now is that the menu doesn't appear in front lcd.
Am I doing something wrong.
Can you help me.
