I'm doing some theater and have some problems with my dl3s "falling a Sleep" when standing a long ting with out doing any thing.. and when i go 1q.. it is very slow to react.. Any one ? :sad:
How long are the fixture sitting 'idle'? Do they ever loose DMX? The DLs should not 'go to sleep' after sitting idle forany length of time. They can shutdown if there is a loss of DMX.
How are you getting ArtNet to your DL.3s? What is your system config? Are you using gigabit capable hardware EVERYWHERE (cables + switches). If not your network is automatically dragged down to the slowest piece in the system.
My config is 2 dl3's and 2 axons, 1 gigabit switch 1 avolites tiger touch console, the axons work fine but the dl3's go to sleep after bout 3 to 5 minutes
